About Paul Singer

In addition to neurology, Dr. Singer's interests include reading, music and spending time with his wife and 3 boys. 

Paul grew up in Connecticut, received a liberal arts degree from Cornell University, and after spending two years living in France, graduated from medical school in Philadelphia. He then moved west to complete his training in neurology at the West Los Angeles VA Hospital and UCLA, also spending a year doing research on the effects of viral disease on the brain. After moving to the Bay Area in 1990, he was for many years a Voluntary Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Stanford University School of Medicine
